FAQs

  • The Deadly Dozen is a Fitness Race and Training Methodology.

The race involves 12x 40m runs around an athletics track with 12x exercise stations in between each run - we call the exercise stations "Labours."

The Deadly Dozen is a training methodology because the race works all of the key fundamental movements while only using bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell and weight plate exercises.

  • The Deadly Dozen is by far one of the most accessible fitness races in the world, and it is open to everyone!

It has a low technical barrier to entry and a fairly low strength barrier to entry. However, if you want to stand a chance of completing the race, what we refer to as "Beating the Race," then you will need to train hard for it - it is one of the hardest fitness races in the world.

  • You simply go to the SIGN UP page on the website, pick the race you want to attend and click the button to sign up.
