THE VOLUNTEER PACK

The volunteers are the backbone of the Deadly Dozen. Therefore, volunteers should be rewarded - we want you to feel like a VIP on the day!

Volunteers primarily work on the “Labour Lanes” as judges (where the exercise stations occur). However, other roles are available. Judges must be at the venue at 08:00 for briefing (1 hour before the first wave at 09:00) and finish between 16:00 & 17:00 (we aim to be done before 16:00) - judging does NOT require prior knowledge or experience because you are assigned to a specific Labour Lane (movements are simple) and there are head judges to assist.

Volunteers must be 16+ years of age.
